Marcus Collins assumed the role of product lead for the Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program Hub (AESIP Hub), part of the Enterprise Business Systems – Convergence portfolio at PEO Enterprise (formerly PEO EIS), in June 2024. In that role, he is responsible for the lifecycle management of master data management (MDM), enterprise hub services, business intelligence/business warehouse (BI/BW) and other operational projects to increase efficiencies and evolve data capabilities within the financial and logistics domains.   

Before assuming his present position, Collins served as executive officer to the program executive officer at EIS from March 2023 until June 2024. In that capacity, he provided administrative and operational support to EIS in the acquisition, development and sustainment of the Army’s enterprise business information systems. He collaborated directly with EIS’ chief of staff on execution of Front Office operations and coordination throughout the organization’s Fort Belvoir headquarters. 

From May 2022 to March 2023, Collins was assistant product manager for AESIP Hub capabilities within the Army Data Platform product office of EIS’ Army Data and Analytics Platforms portfolio. There, he was responsible for management of BI/BW capability and for the development, deployment and sustainment of BI reporting. He also managed the MDM capability and was responsible for the management, aggregation and distribution of authoritative master data from enterprise business systems. 

Prior to that, from September 2020 to May 2022, he was a program management analyst for AESIP Hub, responsible for managing BI/BW capabilities. During his tenure, he completed a developmental assignment as acting deputy product lead for AESIP Hub for two months. 

From 2007 to 2020, Collins supported the U.S. Marine Corps as a contractor in technical and program management roles at ManTech International Corporation in Stafford, Virginia. During that time, he served in various capacities for numerous intelligence acquisition programs within Marine Corps Systems Command. 

Collins holds a Bachelor of Science in information technology management from the American Military University and a Master of Science in information technology from Purdue University Global. He holds an advanced Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act certification in Project Management.
