PEO EIS held a ceremony July 30 at the George Washington Masonic National Memorial in Alexandria, Virginia to officially recognize the change of charter for the Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A) Increment (INC) II.

On July 7, Mr. Matthew Maier assumed the charter for the Army’s Medical Communications for Combat Casualty Care (MC4) Product Management Office during an assumption of charter ceremony at Fort Detrick, Maryland. Mr. Reginald Bagby, portfolio manager, Enterprise Management Systems, Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), officiated the ceremony.

Kevin Vanyo, Increment II Product Manager (PdM) for the Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A, INC II), was promoted to the rank of Colonel, United States Army, in a ceremony led by Mr. Douglas K. Wiltsie, United States Army Program Executive Officer Enterprise Information Systems, on January 9 at the Hoffman Building, Alexandria, Va.

On Friday, 19 September 2014, over 45 members of the Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A) staff, comprised of military, civilian and contractor personnel, formed teams to compete against their colleagues in a friendly game of golf.

Medical Communications for Combat Casualty Care (MC4) has been selected as the 2014 recipient of the AMSUS (The Association of Military Surgeons of the United States), The Society of Federal Health Professionals, Operational Medicine Award. MC4’s electronic medical record (EMR) 2.2.0.0 integrated product team receives this award for its leadership and accomplishments in overcoming extraordinary challenges to upgrade the Army’s deployable EMR system while maintaining mission performance.
