​​​​​​​PEO EIS formally announced an organizational realignment at the Technical Exchange Meeting 10 (TEM X) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, from May 24-25, 2023. The movement is a significant step forward as PEO EIS evolves into a fully Agile organization.

Combining 28 disparate Soldier and civilian training systems into one cohesive system requires more than extensive planning. It demands collaboration, prioritizing people over processes, and a willingness to respond to change in increments over time — otherwise known as an iterative approach.

Spring marks change and new beginnings, and I’m happy to announce some exciting developments at PEO EIS this season.
