An application developed by PEO EIS’ Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Enterprise Systems and Services (ALTESS) product office recently received accolades within the Army Special Operations Forces (SOF) community. 

The Army Enterprise Staff Management System’s (AESMS) Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) is modernizing the Department of Defense (DOD) by updating its task management and document routing processes.

PEO EIS’ Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Enterprise Systems and Services (ALTESS) product office, part of the Enterprise Services portfolio, teamed with several other Army organizations and successfully completed the migration of 45 Army Materiel Command (AMC) applications from the Defense Information System Agency’s (DISA) milCloud® 2.0 to the Enterprise Cloud Management Agency’s (ECMA) cARMY cloud in May 2022.

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI), Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois, in accordance with the Army Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) product office under Army Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), finalized modifications to 120 vendors on its Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – 3 Services (ITES-3S) contract vehicle on Jan. 5, 2022.

PEO EIS’s Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) team, led by Product Lead Wayne Sok, kicked off AFCEA Belvoir Industry Days (ABID) Nov. 3 with a panel discussion about current and future opportunities.

Army Knowledge Online (AKO) may have stopped being accessible to users at the end of June, but PEO EIS’s Enterprise Content Collaboration and Messaging (EC2M) product office — part of EIS’s Enterprise Services portfolio — officially brought the program to a close on July 26.

The Army Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) office, in coordination with Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI), awarded a contract extension for Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – 3 Hardware (ITES-3H) on February 21, 2021.
