The month of November kicks off fast and furious at EIS with our portfolio-wide participation in AFCEA Belvoir Industry Days (ABID).

Several leaders across PEO EIS’s Business Mission Area and Networks, Cyber and Services portfolios recently received awards for outstanding contributions to Army and DOD mission efforts.

Following AFCEA TechNet in August, our attendance at “A”-list events continues this month with AUSA 2021 — the Association of the United States Army’s annual meeting and exposition, taking place Oct. 11-13 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C.

Regina Bumper is a human resource analyst for PEO EIS. Originally from North Carolina, she joined the military to further her education and has worked in several military personnel roles during her time in the Army.

Before delving into recent and upcoming PEO EIS developments, I’d like to share our sympathies with the families and friends of those who lost their lives in the recent terrorist attacks in Kabul, Afghanistan.

Ronald (Ron) Crevecoeur is the acting director of the Acquisitions & Systems Management/Strategic Initiatives Group at PEO EIS.

Following a busy month of charter ceremonies, we now have a brief hiatus until the end of August and early fall, when a few more organizational and leadership changes take place at PEO EIS.

July promises to be another transformational month at PEO EIS as our Army Training Information System (ATIS) product office migrates from our Defense Integrated Business Systems (DIBS) portfolio to our Army Data and Analytics Platforms (ARDAP) portfolio, and as our change of charter season continues apace!
