  1. Mr. Douglas Wiltsie Transitioning from PEO EIS

    Mr. Douglas K. Wiltsie will be transitioning from his assignment as the Program Executive Officer Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) to become the Director of System of Systems Engineering & Integration for the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics & Technology) on Dec. 1, 2015. Deputy PEO Ms. Terry Watson will serve as Acting PEO until a successor is named.

  3. One of Ten: GCSS-Army Wins 2015 Government Computer News Award

    Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army), the Army’s largest, most ambitious Enterprise Resource Planning solution, was recently named one of the 10 GCN IT Excellence Award winners. The 28th annual award ceremony was held October 14, 2015, at the Ritz Carlton, Tyson’s Corner, Virginia. Product Manager LTC Christopher Romero accepted the award.
  4. Assumption of Charter Ceremony Ushers in New Leadership for WESS

    August 24, 2015
    Project Manager, Defense Communications and Army Transmission Systems (PM DCATS) COL Charles Stein hosted an Assumption of Charter ceremony on August 14, 2015 at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, to officially recognize the change in leadership for the Product Director Wideband Enterprise Satellite Systems (PD WESS). The incoming PD WESS, LTC Joel Babbitt, accepted responsibility for the program from the outgoing PD WESS, Mr. Michael McGarvey.
  5. GFEBS Expands its Future Concepts

    August 20, 2015
    General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Project Manager COL William Russell hosted the GFEBS Increment II assumption of charter ceremony July 31 at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, and welcomed back Mr. Brendan Burke. Mr. Burke, former Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions product director, returns to PEO EIS from Army Senior Service College.
  6. IPPS-A Increment II Change of Charter

    August 6, 2015
    PEO EIS held a ceremony July 30 at the George Washington Masonic National Memorial in Alexandria, Virginia to officially recognize the change of charter for the Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A) Increment (INC) II.
