Dan Joyce, our assistant PEO for the business mission area, is excited about modernizing the Army’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. A retired U.S. Air Force lieutenant colonel, Joyce is an Army acquisition expert and natural-born teacher.

FORT BELVOIR, Va. ­­– On Friday, June 26, 2020, Col. Enrique Costas, the U.S. Army Project Manager for Defense Communications and Army Transmissions (PM DCATS), welcomed the incoming Product Manager for Wideband Enterprise Satellite Systems (PdM WESS) and paid tribute to the outgoing product manager in a virtual change of charter ceremony at PEO EIS.
