PEO EIS’s Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) project management office hosted two charter ceremonies during the first half of July.

The Land Mobile Radio (LMR) product office recently acquired the equipment and personnel necessary to familiarize the 531st Hospital Center S6 and 586th Field Hospital medical personnel with leveraging radio transceivers that employ push-to-talk, two-way communications in a field hospital environment.

July promises to be another transformational month at PEO EIS as our Army Training Information System (ATIS) product office migrates from our Defense Integrated Business Systems (DIBS) portfolio to our Army Data and Analytics Platforms (ARDAP) portfolio, and as our change of charter season continues apace!

Col. Justin (Jay) Shell received the charter for PEO EIS’s Defense Communications and Army Transmission Systems (DCATS) project management office from acting project manager Aric Sherwood in an assumption of charter ceremony June 21.

PEO EIS staff gathered virtually June 15 to bid farewell to Deputy Program Executive Officer (DPEO) Brendan Burke. Burke was recognized for his many years of Army civilian service — the bulk of which was spent at PEO EIS — as he departs government service to transition to a career in the private sector.

Donaldson, product manager for Power Projection Enablers (P2E) — a product office within PEO EIS’s Defense Communications and Army Transmission Services (DCATS) portfolio — manages the full spectrum of network, information and infrastructure modernization projects around the globe, enabling information dominance across all phases of joint and coalition operations.

Col. Mark Taylor, project manager for PEO EIS's Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO), recently hosted a virtual change of charter ceremony for Applied Cyber Technologies (ACT), during which Lt. Col. Peter Amara passed the reins of responsibility to Arthur Edgeson.

The Logistics Modernization Program’s (LMP) additive manufacturing digital thread (AM DT) capability supports the Secretary of the Army’s advanced manufacturing initiative to improve tactical and operational readiness, and enhance warfighting capabilities through the use of “advanced” processes and materials.
